Logging In
This page walks you through accessing the platform for the first time.
Your Login Credentials
You will receive an invitation from your platform administrator containing your username and the URL for your organisation's platform instance. If you have not received this, contact your administrator.

The platform uses a centralised identity system. If your organisation uses single sign-on (SSO), you may be redirected to your company's login page automatically.
Signing In
- Open your browser and navigate to the platform URL provided by your administrator.
- Enter your email address and password, then click Sign in.
- If prompted, complete any multi-factor authentication step.
If you have forgotten your password, use the Forgot password link on the login page to reset it.
After Signing In
Once logged in, you will see the main dashboard. From here you can:
- View the status of your sites and gateways
- Browse the assets connected at each site
- Review recent measurements and energy flows
- Navigate to settings and management sections using the sidebar
Trouble Signing In?
| Problem | What to do |
|---|---|
| Password not working | Use Forgot password to reset it |
| Account not found | Contact your administrator - your account may not have been created yet |
| Redirected to a blank page | Try clearing your browser cache or using a private/incognito window |
| Access denied after login | Your account may not have the correct role - contact your administrator |
